NO.: 141/SL DATE: DECEMBER 21, 1949
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN
THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 75 - SL dated May 29, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE
Article 1
The Pension Bureau is hereby abolished.
Article 2
Matters related to pensions shall be handled by the Office of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree-Law.
