PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;
Considering the proposal of the President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and the Minister of Public Security.
DECISION:
Article 1. The list of state secrets of the highest confidentiality level of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences includes:
1. Research topics and works assigned by the Politburo, Secretariat, and Prime Minister to the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences for research to serve national defense and security work.
2. Research results of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences related to national defense and security that have not been published or will not be published.
3. Documents using information, materials, and data from other agencies' list of state secrets of the highest confidentiality level.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 678/TTg dated November 15, 1994 of the Prime Minister regarding the list of state secrets of the National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities.
Article 3. The President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and the Minister of Public Security are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
