OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE DECREE NO. 144/2004/QĐ-BQP DATED OCTOBER 30, 2004 REGULATING PROHIBITED AIR ZONES IN THE AIRSPACE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL REGULATIONS dated November 12, 1996, amended and supplemented on December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 160/2004/QĐ-TTg DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 2004 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE DETERMINATION OF PROHIBITED AREAS AND PROHIBITED LOCATIONS;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE GENERAL STAFF CHIEF OF THE VIETNAM PEOPLE'S ARMY;
DECISION:
Article 1. ISSUES REGULATIONS ON PROHIBITED AIR ZONES IN THE AIRSPACE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2005, ALL PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 2. THE GENERAL STAFF CHIEF OF THE VIETNAM PEOPLE'S ARMY, HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT, EXPLOITATION, AND PROTECTION OF THE AIRSPACE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
Article 4. THE GENERAL STAFF SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION.
