Article 1: SUPPLEMENT THE TASKS AS PROVIDED FOR IN ARTICLE 2 OF THE DECISIONS NO. 43/2003/QĐ-BBCVT, NO. 44/2003/QĐ-BBCVT, AND NO. 45/2003/QĐ-BBCVT OF MARCH 19, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF POSTS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY REGARDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION DEPARTMENTS IN REGIONS I, II, AND III AS FOLLOWS: "REVIEW TECHNICAL DESIGN AND TOTAL ESTIMATE OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECTS THAT MUST BE MOVED OR REBUILT USING STATE BUDGET FUNDS DUE TO LAND ACQUISITION BY PROVINCES AND CITIES FOR URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT."
Article 2: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNING.
Article 3: THE CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION DEPARTMENTS IN REGIONS I, II, AND III, AND THE HEADS OF THE AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
