Article 4: The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Museum Conservation Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay, Hai Duong, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa, Bac Ninh, Lao Cai, Vinh Phuc, and Phu Tho Provinces, and the Directors of the Culture and Information Departments of these provinces shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
