CIRCULAR

ISSUING TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC STANDARDS FOR SOIL DEGRADATION SURVEYS

WHEREAS Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Decree No. 19/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing points c, d, g, h, and i Clause 5 Article 2 and Decree No. 89/2010/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 3 of Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP;

WHEREAS Decision No. 43/2010/QĐ-TTg dated June 2, 2010 of the Prime Minister promulgates the national statistical index system;

At the proposal of the Director General of the National Land Administration, the Director of the Planning Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC STANDARDS FOR SOIL DEGRADATION SURVEYS,

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC STANDARDS FOR SOIL DEGRADATION SURVEYS.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 14, 2013.

Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINIAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, DIRECTORS OF THE LAND ADMINISTRATION GENERAL DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT UNITS, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
