Amending and supplementing Circular No. 20/2012/TT-BTTTT dated December 4, 2012

issued by the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating National Technical Regulations

The National Technical Regulations

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to the Law on Radio Frequency dated November 23, 2009;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications, and Decree No. 50/2011/NĐ-CP dated June 24, 2011 amending Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology;

The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 20/2012/TT-BTTTT dated December 4, 2012 of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating National Technical Regulations,

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Circular No. 20/2012/TT-BTTTT dated December 4, 2012 of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating National Technical Regulations as follows:

1. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of the National Technical Regulation on ground digital television receivers DVB-T2, Code QCVN 63:2012/BTTTT attached as Appendix 1;

2. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of the National Technical Regulation on digital television signals DVB-T2, Code QCVN 64:2012/BTTTT attached as Appendix 2.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2013.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of Departments under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Heads of provincial and centrally-administered city Departments of Information and Communications, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
