Regarding the issuance of the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries and Sectors

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated June 26, 2003;

Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2004/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2004 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Statistics;

Pursuant to Decision No. 43/2010/QĐ-TTg dated June 2, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the National Statistical Indicators System;

Pursuant to Decision No. 56/2011/QĐ-TTg dated October 14, 2011 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the National Gender Development Indicators; On the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,

The Prime Minister DECIDES to issue the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries and Sectors.

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached hereto is the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries, agencies at the ministerial level, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Court, and the Office of the National Assembly (hereinafter referred to as the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries and Sectors).

Article 2. The Minister of Planning and Investment shall be responsible for guiding, urging, inspecting, and auditing the implementation of the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries and Sectors and reporting to the Prime Minister on the enforcement of this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from April 5, 2014, and replaces Decision No. 111/2008/QĐ-TTg dated August 15, 2008 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the General Statistical Reporting System applicable to Ministries and Sectors.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of agencies at the ministerial level, Heads of government agencies, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Chairman of the Office of the National Assembly, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under central cities, Heads of other relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
