BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS AND THE DECREE NO. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP;
Decree No. 52/2022/NĐ-CP dated 08/8/2022 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SYSTEM OF URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING WORKS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS QCVN 07:2023/BXD NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SYSTEM OF URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING WORKS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2024 AND REPLACES THE CIRCULAR NO. 01/2016/TT-BXD DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2016 ISSUING QCVN 07:2016/BXD NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING WORKS.
Article 3. MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCIES, GOVERNMENT BODIES, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
