DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Regarding the announcement of the List of Circulars that have ceased to be legally binding

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

- Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents promulgated on November 12, 1996;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Documents;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government regarding tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

- After exchanging opinions and reaching consensus with relevant Ministries and agencies;

- At the proposal of the Director of the Financial Policy Department; Heads of units under and affiliated to the Ministry,

DECISION:

Article 1: Announce a list of eleven joint circulars issued by the Ministry of Finance in conjunction with other Ministries and agencies up to December 31, 1999 that have ceased to be legally binding (annexed hereto).

Article 2: This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3: Ministries, agencies at the same level as ministries, government agencies, People's Councils and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, and units under and affiliated to the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
