Regarding the promulgation of the Resolution of the National Assembly

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

WHEREAS Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth Session of the Tenth National Assembly;

WHEREAS Article 91 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;

WHEREAS Article 50 of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents;

NOW PROMULGATE

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCESSION INSTRUMENT TO THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (WTO) OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM.

WHICH WAS PASSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM AT ITS TENTH SESSION, TENTH MEETING ON NOVEMBER 29, 2006.
