Article 1. Scope of Regulation
Agencies and organizations using state budget funds implement activities to correct paper-based documents.
Article 2. Applicability
1. Labor norms for correcting paper-based documents are the time consumed for correcting and completing one meter of documents, calculated as the total of direct labor norms, management labor norms, and service labor norms.
Article 3. Explanation of Terms
a) Direct labor norms are the total time spent directly performing the steps of the document correction process;
b) Management labor norms are the total time spent managing the document correction process;
