THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2025/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2025 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade amended and supplemented by Decree No. 109/2025/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 193/2025/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 15/2026/NQ-CP dated April 6, 2026 of the Government suspending the effectiveness of Decree No. 46/2026/NĐ-CP dated January 26, 2026 and Resolution No. 66.13/2026/NQ-CP dated January 27, 2026 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Industry Department.
DECISION:
Article 1Suspend the effectiveness and adjust the application period of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on Food Traceability within the Scope of Management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade until September 30, 2026.
Article 2. Entrust the Industry Department to study and draft a replacement Circular for Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT according to the simplified procedures prescribed by the law on promulgation of regulatory legal documents, report to the leadership of the Ministry for consideration and decision in the third quarter of 2026.
Article 3. Implementation
1. This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2026 and replaces Decision No. 906/QD-BCT dated April 15, 2026 of the Minister of Industry and Trade suspending the effectiveness of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on Food Traceability within the Scope of Management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
2. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Industry Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
