Amending, supplementing, transferring, and removing certain substances from the list of narcotic drugs and precursor chemicals issued together with Decree No. 67/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 1, 2001 of the Government on lists of narcotic drugs and precursor chemicals

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Prevention and Control of Narcotics dated December 9, 2000;
Considering the proposals of the Minister of Public Security, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Industry and Trade, and the Minister of Science and Technology,
DECREE:
Article 1. Amending the names, scientific names, supplementing, transferring, and removing certain substances from the list of narcotic drugs and precursor chemicals issued together with Decree No. 67/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 1, 2001 of the Government on lists of narcotic drugs and precursor chemicals as follows:
