Amending the names, scientific names, supplementing, transferring, and removing certain substances from the list of narcotic drugs and precursor chemicals issued together with Decree No. 67/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 1, 2001 of the Government on lists of narcotic drugs and precursor chemicals as follows:
