Regarding the awarding of commendation certificates by the Prime Minister

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;

Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Proposal No. 3712/PTM-HV dated November 21, 2007) and the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 1628/TTr-BTĐKT dated November 27, 2007),

DECISION:

Article 1. Award commendation certificates of the Prime Minister to:

1. Mr. Hoang Long Quang, Deputy Head of the Organizing Board of the ASEAN Capital Entrepreneurs Forum, Vice President of the Hanoi Chamber of Commerce and Industry;

2. Mr. Phan Thanh Tung, Secretary of the ASEAN Capital Entrepreneurs Forum, Acting General Secretary of the Hanoi Chamber of Commerce and Industry,

For outstanding achievements in successfully organizing the ASEAN Capital Entrepreneurs Forum in Hanoi, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.

Article 2. The Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Competition and Reward, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
