THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

Considering the Report No. 1277/UBND-VP dated December 28, 2005 from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province and the dossier of the relic;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

ARCHITECTURAL ART MONUMENT

DINH NOI HOP

LE NINH COMMUNE, KINH MON DISTRICT, HAIDUNG PROVINCE

The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the cultural relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the architectural and artistic relic Dinhi Noi Hop within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Haiduong Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Haiduong Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
