Circular No. 17/2024/TT-BTP abolishes Circular No. 07/2015/TT-BTP dated June 15, 2015, issued by the Minister of Justice detailing and implementing certain provisions of Decree No. 113/2014/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2014, of the Government on the management of international cooperation in law.

Repeals Circular No. 07/2015/TT-BTP dated June 15, 2015 of the Minister of Justice detailing and providing measures to implement certain provisions of Government Decree No. 113/2014/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2014 on international cooperation in law management

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on June 22, 2015; The Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and providing measures to implement the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents; Government Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 amending and supplementing certain articles of Government Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and providing measures to implement the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents; Government Decree No. 59/2024/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2024 amending and supplementing certain articles of Government Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and providing measures to implement the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents which has been amended and supplemented certain articles according to Government Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 98/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice; Government Decree No. 26/2024/NĐ-CP dated March 1, 2024 of the Government on international cooperation in law management and judicial reform;

At the proposal of the Director of the International Cooperation Department;

The Minister of Justice issues this Circular to revoke

Article 1. Repeal Circular of the Minister of Justice Circular No. 07/2015/TT-BTP dated June 15, 2015 of the Minister of Justice detailing and providing measures to implement certain provisions of Government Decree No. 113/2014/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2014 on international cooperation in law management.

1. This Circular takes effect from December 30, 2024.

Article 2. Implementation clause

2. The Director of the International Cooperation Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
