ON THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY FOR THE 15TH TERM
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
WHEREAS, the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
WHEREAS, the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
WHEREAS, the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
WHEREAS, the Report No. 70/TTr-UBTVQH15-m dated February 17, 2025 of THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
The number of members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for the 15th term is nineteen persons, including: the Chairman of the National Assembly, six Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, and twelve members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
Article 2
This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly. Resolution No. 01/2021/QH15 dated July 20, 2021 of the National Assembly on the number of members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for the 15th term shall cease to be effective from the date this Resolution takes effect./.
