Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

BASED ON THE MINISTERIAL BOARD'S DETERMINATION MEETING MINUTES ON OCTOBER 25, 2018; THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT STAFF;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Teachers and Educational Management Staff;
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT STAFF.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT STAFF.
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 22, 2019. THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES THE CIRCULAR NO. 26/2015/TT-BGDĐT OF OCTOBER 30, 2015 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO ISSUE THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT STAFF AND THE CIRCULAR NO. 27/2015/TT-BGDĐT OF OCTOBER 30, 2015 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO ISSUE THE REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAM FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENT STAFF.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION STAFF AND MANAGEMENT EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
