ABOLISHING CERTAIN PROVISIONS IN DECISION NO. 1895/1997/QĐ-BYT OF SEPTEMBER 19, 1997, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON THE ADOPTION OF HOSPITAL REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment;
The Minister of Health issues this Circular to abolish certain provisions in Decision No. 1895/1997/QĐ-BYT dated September 19, 1997 of the Minister of Health on the adoption of hospital regulations.
Article 1. Abolishing certain provisions in the Hospital Regulations
Abolish certain provisions in Decision No. 1895/1997/QĐ-BYT dated September 19, 1997 of the Minister of Health on the adoption of hospital regulations as set out in the Appendix attached to this Circular.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. Implementation Provisions
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, the Director of the Legal Department, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Directors of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Health Services, Heads of health agencies of ministries and sectors, and related organizations, individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
