RESOLUTION
Approves the Prime Minister's proposal on the removal from office of the position ofMinister of Construction and Minister of Science and Technology for the 2021-2026 termof Science and Technology for the term 2021-2026
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Memorandum No. 21/TTr-TTg dated February 14, 2025 of the Prime Minister;
Pursuant to the Minutes of the vote dated February 18, 2025 approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the removal from office of the positions of Minister of Construction and Minister of Science and Technology for the 2021-2026 term,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
1. Approves the Prime Minister's proposal on the removal from office of the position of Minister of Construction for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi.
2. Approves the Prime Minister's proposal on the removal from office of the position of Minister of Science and Technology for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat.
Article 2
This Resolution takes effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly./.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 15th session, the ninth extraordinary session, on February 18, 2025.
