Election of the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Term XV
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, amended and supplemented by some articles according to Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Report No. 71/TTr-UBTVQH15-m dated February 18, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Minutes of the Vote Counting on February 18, 2025 for the election of the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Term XV,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
The following Deputies of the National Assembly, Term XV shall hold the position of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Term XV:
1. Mr. Le Minh Hoan, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Secretariat of the Party's Central Committee of the National Assembly.
2. Mr. Vu Hong Thanh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Secretariat of the Party's Central Committee of the National Assembly, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
Article 2
This Resolution takes effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly./.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Term XV, at its ninth extraordinary session on February 18, 2025.
