Electing Members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Term XV
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Based on the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
Based on the Report No. 71/TTr-UBTVQH15-d dated February 18, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Based on the Minutes of the Vote Counting on February 18, 2025 electing members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, term XV,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
Mr. Phan Van Mai, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the City, Head of the Delegation of the National Assembly Term XV of Ho Chi Minh City, to hold the position of member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, term XV.
Article 2
This Resolution takes effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly./.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, term XV, at its ninth extraordinary session on February 18, 2025.
