Approving the Prime Minister's proposal
regarding appointing Deputy Prime Ministers for the term 2021 - 2026
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Report No. 22/TTr-TTg dated February 18, 2025 of the Prime Minister;Pursuant to the Minutes of the vote dated February 18, 2025 approving the Prime Minister's proposal on appointing Deputy Prime Ministers for the term 2021 - 2026

Article 1
Approving the Prime Minister's proposal on appointing Deputy Prime Ministers for the term 2021 - 2026 for the following gentlemen:
1. Mr. Mai Van Chinh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party's Central Committee for the Government
2. Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party's Central Committee for the Government
Article 2
This Resolution shall take effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.
This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 15th term, the 9th extraordinary session, on February 18, 2025.
