Regarding the issuance of the Forest Management Regulation

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Forest Protection and Development Law 2004;

On the basis of Decree No. 23/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 3, 2006 of the Government on the implementation of the Forest Protection and Development Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 30, 2006 of the Government on the management of wild plants and rare, precious, and endangered wild animals in forests.

The Government promulgates this Decree on the organization and operation of Fisheries Inspection

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The Forest Management Regulation is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

The Prime Minister's Decision No. 08/2001/QĐ-TTg dated January 11, 2001 on the issuance of the Specialized Forest, Protective Forest, and Naturally Produced Timber Forest Management Regulation is hereby repealed.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and Chairpersons of municipal People's Committees directly under the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
