Appointment of Chairpersons of Committees of the National Assembly, Term XV
OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly sessions issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Report No. 71/TTr-UBTVQH15-m dated February 18, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Minutes of the vote on February 18, 2025 appointing Chairpersons of Committees of the National Assembly, Term XV,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
The following gentlemen and lady shall hold the position of Chairperson of Committees of the National Assembly, Term XV:
1. Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Member of the Secretariat of the Party's Central Committee for the National Assembly, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Representative of the National Assembly, Term XV, holds the position of Chairperson of the Committee for Legislation and Justice of the National Assembly, Term XV.
2. Mr. Phan Van Mai, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the city, Head of the Delegation of Representatives of the National Assembly, Term XV from Ho Chi Minh City, holds the position of Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairperson of the Committee for Economy and Finance of the National Assembly, Term XV.
3. Mr. Le Tan Toi, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Member of the Secretariat of the Party's Central Committee for the National Assembly, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Representative of the National Assembly, Term XV, holds the position of Chairperson of the Committee for National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs of the National Assembly, Term XV.
4. Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Member of the Secretariat of the Party's Central Committee for the National Assembly, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Representative of the National Assembly, Term XV, holds the position of Chairperson of the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs of the National Assembly, Term XV.
