THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2004 of the Government on credit investment development by the State;
Pursuant to Decree No. 20/2005/NĐ-CP dated February 28, 2005 of the Government on supplementing the list of projects for credit investment development by the State under Decree No. 106/2004/NĐ-CP;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement the following projects: concentrated forest plantations and industrial tree plantations in the Central Highlands region (Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong provinces); in mountainous areas, remote and difficult regions (as specified in Categories B and C of Decree No. 35/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 29, 2002 of the Government), linked with job creation for ethnic minorities and processing facilities for agricultural and forestry products in these regions, to the List of projects for credit investment development by the State issued together with Decision No. 54/2004/QD-BTC dated June 16, 2004 of the Minister of Finance.
Article 2. The above-mentioned projects that meet the prescribed conditions shall be eligible for credit investment development by the State. The term for signing credit contracts between the project investors mentioned above and the Development Support Fund shall end on December 31, 2005.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the Management Board, General Director of the Development Support Fund; the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Organization Finance; the Project Investors of the above-mentioned projects are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
