ISSUING THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 28, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE OF APRIL 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM IN 2009.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE AND SHALL REPLACE THE DECISION NO. 42/2008/QĐ-BNN OF MARCH 5, 2008, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM IN 2008.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION, BUSINESS, AND USE OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
