THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 28, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The List of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals for veterinary use permitted to circulate in Vietnam in 2008 is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government, replacing Decision No. 11/2007/QĐ-BNN dated February 6, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the announcement of the List of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals for veterinary use in Vietnam in 2007.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals for veterinary use in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
