Regarding the correction of Circular Joint Circular No. 12/2006/TTLT-BTM-BNV-BTC dated October 2, 2006 guiding the implementation of the allowance system for market management officials and the responsibility allowance system for boat drivers, car drivers, and direct service motorboat drivers at market management teams THE MINISTER OF TRADE Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade; After receiving comments on the draft Decision to correct Circular Joint Circular No. 12/2006/TTLT-BTM-BNV-BTC from the Ministry of Home Affairs in Document No. 4042/BNV-TL dated November 10, 2006; the Ministry of Finance in Document No. 13927/BTC-PC dated November 9, 2006, and considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department.

Correcting Clause 2, Section IV of Circular Joint Circular No. 12/2006/TTLT-BTM-BNV-BTC dated October 2, 2006 of the Joint Ministries of Trade, Home Affairs, and Finance regarding the guidance on implementing the occupational allowance system for market management officials and the responsibility allowance system for boat drivers, car drivers, and direct service motorboat drivers at market management teams, as follows:
After receiving the unified opinion of the Minister of Health, the Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Circular Joint No. 119/2002/TTLT-BTC-BYT dated December 27, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health guiding the contents of revenue, expenditure, and regular expenditure levels of Commune Health Stations.
BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Previously printed as: "The occupational allowance system for market management officials shall be enjoyed starting from June 22, 2006 (the date when Decision No. 120/2006/QD-TTg dated May 29, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the occupational allowance system for market management officials took effect)."

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Director of the Market Management Bureau, the Heads of relevant agencies, and organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
