MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulation on Response Activities to Oil Spill Incidents issued together with Decision No. 02/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister.

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, which has been amended and supplemented by Decree No. 19/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2010 and Decree No. 89/2010/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2010;

Considering the proposals of the Heads of the Departments of Planning, Finance, Cadre and Civil Servant Organization, Legal Affairs, and the Director General of the Environmental Administration Department;

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. AmendingEconomic and Technical Standards for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring and Surface Water Monitoring on the Continent issued together with Decision No. 10/2007/QĐ-BTNMT dated July 5, 2007 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment;:

1. Amending some material standards for on-site air quality monitoring work (Point 1.2.4 Clause 1 Chapter 1 Part 2):

a) Amending the standard at item number 2 in Code "1KK4: TSP, Pb (TCVN 5067 - 1995 and TCVN 6152 - 1996)" as follows:

b) Removing the standard at item number 5 (Polyethylene bag) in Code "1KK6: NO₂ (Technical Regulation of Health and Sanitation of the Ministry of Health 1993)".

Article 4. Organization of Implementation

1. This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2011.

2. In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, organizations and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
