AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING Article 3 of Circular No. 32/2018/TT-BGDĐT

dated December 26, 2018 issued by the Minister of Education and Training

on the General Secondary Education Program

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;

Pursuant to the Government Decree number Decision No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 20177 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure organization Director of the Quality Management Agency;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to promulgate the Admissions Regulations for Secondary Schools and High Schools.

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular amending and supplementing Article 3 of Circular No. 32/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated December 26, 2018 issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the General Secondary Education Program.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Article 3 of Circular No. 32/2018/TT-BGDĐT dated December 26, 2018 issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the General Secondary Education Program

Supplement Clause 4 to Article 3 as follows: "4. For classes at the lower secondary level that have not been able to implement the Information Technology subject according to the schedule specified in Clauses 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Article 2 of this Circular, continue to implement according to Decision No. 16/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 5, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training on the General Secondary Education Program."

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from August 16, 2021.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
