Decision No. 206/2005/QĐ-TTg of the Government Chairman approves the Plan for reorganizing and modernizing state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under Thái Nguyên Province. DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the Plan for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms under the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 on continuing the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned agricultural farms; Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forestry farms;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Plan for the reorganization and modernization of agricultural and forestry farms directly under the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province as follows:
1. Transforming Agricultural Farm Phu Luong into Tea Company Phu Luong,
2. Transforming Forestry Farm Vo Nhai into Forestry Company Vo Nhai; Forestry Farm Dai Tu into Forestry Company Dai Tu.
3. Transforming Forestry Farm Dinh Hoa into Management Board for Protective Forests Dinh Hoa.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned agricultural and forestry farms as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Decision to adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to forestry companies and forest management boards in accordance with the local agricultural and forestry development plan and the development plan of each company.
Article 3. Ministries: Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and related ministries shall coordinate with the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province in implementing this Plan.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
