Regarding the issuance of forms for women and children repatriated from abroad who have been trafficked

DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF VISA AND IMMIGRATION MANAGEMENT
Pursuant to Decision No. 17/2007/QD-TTg dated January 29, 2007 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on receiving and supporting the reintegration into society of women and children repatriated from abroad who have been trafficked;
Pursuant to Circular Joint Circular No. 03/2008/TTLT-BCA-BQP-BNG-BLDTBXH dated May 8, 2008 of the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the procedures and formalities for verifying and receiving women and children repatriated from abroad who have been trafficked (point 2, section III);
Based on the consensus with the Chief of Staff of the Border Guard Force under the Ministry of National Defense, the Director of the Consular Department under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Director of the Department of Prevention and Control of Social Evils under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. To issue the following forms:
- Declaration form for women and children repatriated from abroad who have been trafficked (form TK-PNTE); - Handover receipt for women and children repatriated from abroad who have been trafficked (form BBGN-PNTE). - Certificate of return issued to women and children repatriated from abroad who have been trafficked (form CN-PNTE).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
