PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
On the basis of Decree No. 107/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2004 of the Government stipulating the number of Deputy Chairpersons and the structure of members of People's Committees at all levels, which has been amended and supplemented by Decree No. 27/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2009 and Decree No. 36/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 23, 2011;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province at Proposal No. 68/TTr-UBND dated December 17, 2012 and the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs at Proposal No. 4628/TTr-BNV dated December 20, 2012,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving the election of members of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province for the term 2011-2016 as follows:
1. Deputy Chairpersons:
- Mr. Nguyen Anh Cuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Board, Secretary of Chi Linh City Party Committee.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Que, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
2. Members: Mr. Dinh Van Try, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Board, Commander of the Provincial Military Command.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Minister of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
