RESOLUTION
REMOVING FROM OFFICE THE POSITION OF MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
AND THE POSITION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE NATIONAL RACIAL COUNCIL FOR THE FIFTEENTH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY SESSION
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
WHEREAS, the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;
WHEREAS, the Law on National Assembly Organization No. 57/2014/QH13 as amended and supplemented by Laws Nos. 65/2020/QH14 and 62/2025/QH15;
WHEREAS, the Rules of Procedure for Sessions of the National Assembly promulgated together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
WHEREAS, the Report No. 80/TTr-UBTVQH15-m dated June 23, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee;
WHEREAS, the Minutes of the Vote Count on June 25, 2025 regarding the results of removing from office the position of Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the position of Chairman of the National Racial Council for the Fifteenth National Assembly Session for Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam;
RESOLVED:
Article 1
The position of Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the position of Chairman of the National Racial Council for the Fifteenth National Assembly Session are removed from Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam.
Article 2
This Resolution takes effect upon its adoption by the National Assembly.
This Resolution was adopted on June 25, 2025 by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the Fifteenth Session, Ninth Meeting
