Regarding the issuance of Regulations on Requirements for Construction Standards of Administrative Offices
of State Administrative Agencies

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated November 26, 2003;
On the basis of Decree No. 36/2003/ND-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
On the basis of Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP dated February 7, 2005 of the Government on the management of investment construction projects; Decree No. 112/2006/ND-CP dated September 29, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 16/2005/ND-CP dated February 7, 2005;
On the basis of Decree No. 209/2004/ND-CP dated December 16, 2004 of the Government on the management of construction project quality;
On the basis of Decree No. 29/2007/ND-CP dated February 27, 2007 of the Government on urban architectural management;
On the basis of Decision No. 136/2001/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the Overall Program for Administrative Reform of the State for the period 2001-2010;
On the basis of Decision No. 169/2003/QD-TTg dated August 12, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the Project to Reform Management Methods and Modernize Administrative Offices of the State Administrative System for Phase I (2003-2005);
On the basis of Document No. 1724/VPCP-CN dated April 3, 2007 of the Government Office notifying the Prime Minister's opinion assigning the Ministry of Construction to issue Regulations on Model Administrative Office Structures and Requirements for Construction Standards of State Administrative Agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Survey and Design Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached to this Decision are "Regulations on Requirements for Construction Standards of Administrative Offices of State Administrative Agencies."
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of State-level Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees at all levels, and Heads of related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
