RESOLUTION
ON THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE, TERM XV
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
WHEREAS the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has been amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;
WHEREAS the Law on National Assembly Organization No. 57/2014/QH13 has been amended and supplemented by Laws Nos. 65/2020/QH14 and 62/2025/QH15;
WHEREAS the Rules of Procedure for Sessions of the National Assembly promulgated together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;
WHEREAS Proposal No. 81/TTr-UBTVQH15-m dated June 23, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee,
RESOLVES:
Article 1
The number of members of the National Assembly Standing Committee for Term XV is twenty (20) persons, including: one Chairperson of the National Assembly, six Vice-Chairpersons of the National Assembly, and thirteen Members of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
Article 2
This Resolution takes effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.
Resolution No. 179/2025/QH15 dated February 18, 2025 of the National Assembly on the number of members of the National Assembly Standing Committee for Term XV shall cease to be effective from the date this Resolution takes effect.
This Resolution was adopted by the Ninth Session of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Term XV, on June 25, 2025.
