RESOLUTION

Electing the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, Term XV

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, as amended and supplemented by Laws Nos. 65/2020/QH14 and 62/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure for Sessions of the National Assembly promulgated together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 2022 of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Report No. 83/TTr-UBTVQH15-m dated June 25, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to the Minutes of the Vote Counting on June 25, 2025 regarding the results of electing the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, Term XV,

RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

Mr. Lam Van Man, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Delegation of National Assembly Members, Term XV of Soc Trang Province, shall hold the position of Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, Term XV.

Article 2

This Resolution takes effect from July 1, 2025.

This Resolution was adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Term XV, at its Ninth Session on June 25, 2025.
