Regarding the issuance of the Charter of Secondary Schools

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Government Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;

At the request of the Director of the General Secondary Education Department,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The Charter of Secondary Schools is hereby promulgated along with this Decision.

Article 2.This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. This Decision replaces Decision No. 440/QD dated April 2, 1979 of the Minister of Education on the issuance of the Charter of Secondary Schools.

Article 3. Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government; Heads of the Office, Directors of the General Secondary Education Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of secondary schools are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
