DECREE-LAW
No. 230 dated November 30, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the National Assembly of Vietnam determining the powers and duties of the Chairman of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam,
After consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers,
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1. The General Commander-in-Chief of the national armed forces is hereby delegated to Mr. Vo Nguyen Giap, currently serving as Minister of Defense.
Article 2. The Minister of Defense and the Secretary-General of the Chairman of the Government shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly./.
