PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Decree No. 07/2021/NĐ-CP
DECISION:
Article 1.
1. Increase the monthly pension by VND 25,000 (twenty-five thousand dong) for the subjects who are cadres, workers, civil servants, military personnel, and public security officers who retired before September 1, 1985.
2. The additional pension funding for the subjects specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall be provided from the state budget.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2000.
Article 3. The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall take the lead and coordinate with the Minister of Finance to guide the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
