Issuing the basic statistical reporting system applicable to units engaged in information and communication activities

 MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

-Based on the Statistics Law dated June 17, 2003;

-Based on the Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

-Based on Decision No. 305/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 24, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the National Statistical Indicators System;

-Based on Decision No. 111/2008/QĐ-TTg dated August 15, 2008 of the Prime Minister promulgating the comprehensive statistical reporting system applicable to Ministries and sectors;

-Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the basic statistical reporting system applicable to units engaged in information and communication activities.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 1, 2009. The Decision No. 1141/QĐ-BBCVT dated December 15, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications promulgating temporarily the business reporting system for postal, telecommunications, and information technology enterprises is hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, the General Directors, Directors of Radio Stations, Television Stations, General Directors, Directors of postal, courier, telecommunications, Internet, and information technology enterprises are responsible for implementing this Circular.
