DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the Scheme for the reorganization and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises
under the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Scheme for reorganizing and modernizing state-owned forest farms under the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province as follows:
1. Reorganize the Nghia Trung Forest Farm into the Binh Phuoc Forestry Company and the Management Board of Nghia Trung Protective Forest.
2. Convert the following forest farms into Management Boards of Protective Forests:
- Dak O Forest Farm;
- Minh Duc Forest Farm;
- Bu Dop Forest Farm;
- Bu Gia Map Forest Farm to be converted into the Management Board of Dak Mai Protective Forest;
- Bu Dang Forest Farm to be converted into the Management Board of Tho Son Protective Forest and the Management Board of Dong Nai Protective Forest.
3. Dissolve the Dong Xoai Forest Farm in 2005.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province:
1. Direct the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned forest enterprises as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Decides to adjust the area and boundaries of land allocated to forestry companies and forest management boards in accordance with the local forestry development plan and the development plan of each forest farm as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the report No. 2120/BNN-HTX dated August 24, 2005.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and other relevant ministries shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province in implementing this Scheme.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
