Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legal Documents dated December 16, 2002;
BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banking Finance and Financial Institutions,

Article 1. Correct the errors in the numbering and typographical errors in Circular No. 69/2007/TT-BTC dated June 25, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain provisions of Decree No. 151/2006/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2006 of the Government on state investment credit and export credit, including:
- Clause 3, Section A, Part III;
- Point 2.1, Clause 2, Section B, Part III;
- Clause 4, Section B, Part III;
- Model No. 02/BC-VDB issued together with Circular No. 69/2007/TT-BTC dated June 25, 2007.
(Details are specified in the attached annex).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Director of the Department of Banking Finance and Financial Institutions, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
