THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Law on Electronic Transactions dated November 29, 2005;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 29/2004/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 16, 2004 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 57/2006/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 9, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON ELECTRONIC COMMERCE;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 94/2006/QĐ-TTg OF APRIL 27, 2006 OF THE PRIME MINISTER APPROVING THE PLAN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM OF THE STATE FOR THE PERIOD 2006-2010;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 0983/2006/QĐ-BTM OF JUNE 7, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE ON THE ADOPTION OF THE REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATING PROCEDURES OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE REGULATION ON THE USE OF DIGITAL SIGNATURES OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S UNITS AND THE OFFICIALS OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
