ISSUING REGIME FOR COMBINED STATISTICAL REPORTS
ON INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES

-BASED ON THE STATISTICS LAW dated June 17, 2003;
-BASED ON DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
-BASED ON DECISION NO. 305/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 24, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the National Statistical Indicators System;
-BASED ON DECISION NO. 111/2008/QĐ-TTg dated August 15, 2008 of the Prime Minister promulgating the regime for combined statistical reports applicable to Ministries and sectors;
-IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES THE REGIME FOR COMBINED STATISTICAL REPORTS ON INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 1, 2009.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE JOURNALISM CIRCULATION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLISHING MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE RADIO, TELEVISION, AND ELECTRONIC INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS’ RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE DIRECTORS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
