+ Artistic and sports examination: 300,000 (three hundred thousand) VND/application (including all subjects).
b) Postgraduate admissions:
- Registration for examinations: 60,000 (sixty thousand) VND/candidate/application.
- Master's examination: 120,000 (one hundred twenty thousand) VND/candidate/exam subject.
- Doctoral candidate selection: 200,000 (two hundred thousand) VND/candidate.
c) Admissions for overseas training funded by the state budget:
- Registration for selection: 200,000 (two hundred thousand) VND/candidate/application.”
3. Amend and supplement Paragraph a and Paragraph b of Point 1 of Section IV of Circular Joint No. 21/2010/TTLT/BTC-BGDĐT as follows:
“1. Distribution of examination and selection fees for postgraduate, undergraduate, college, and vocational college programs:
a) The entire amount of registration fees for examinations and selections into universities, colleges, and vocational colleges directly collected by Departments of Education and Training shall be distributed as follows:
+ 8,000 (eight thousand) VND/application for applications for university and college examinations.
+ 4,000 (four thousand) VND/application for applications for vocational college admissions.
- Retained by the Department of Education and Training to supplement funding for local recruitment activities as follows:
+ 6,500 (six thousand five hundred) VND/application for vocational college admissions.
- The remaining registration fees for examinations and selections shall be transferred to the educational institution where the candidate has registered for examinations and selections.
- After allocating funds for recruitment activities at the educational institution, if the remaining examination and selection fees (enrollment fees) have not been fully utilized, they shall be remitted to the state budget in accordance with the provisions of the law.
- A portion shall be remitted to the Ministry of Education and Training to supplement funds for the implementation of admission work and other related work of the Ministry as follows:

During implementation, when the consumer price index fluctuates by more than 20% compared to the effective date of this circular, after obtaining consensus with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Training will decide to adjust the examination and selection fees by a maximum of 20%, and adjust the allocation to the Ministry of Education and Training and Departments of Education and Training.
