Circular No. 25/2018/TT-BYT abolishes certain regulatory legal documents in the field of health care, issued by the Minister of Health or jointly issued.

CIRCULAR

ABROGATING CERTAIN LEGAL REGULATIONS IN THE HEALTH SECTOR ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH AND JOINTLY ISSUED

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Regulation Documents promulgated on June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legal Regulation Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 20, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Health hereby issues this Circular abrogating certain legal regulations in the health sector issued by the Minister of Health and jointly issued.

Article 1. Abolition of Legal Regulations

This Circular abolishes entirely 28 legal regulations and partially abolishes 11 legal regulations issued by the Minister of Health and jointly issued, as detailed in the Appendix attached hereto.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2018.

Article 3. Implementation

The Director of the Legal Department, the Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus and General Directors of the Departments, Bureaus, and General Departments under the Ministry of Health, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
